Wednesday's Bonus Blogpost; Strrrrrrrike!! Free Bowling in Brooklyn!!

I am a lousy bowler, but damn I love this game. This city is full of bad bowlers, folks who need a couple of Coronas (lots of lime, please!) to get there game just right. Or is that just me? I digress. Anyway, why don't you test my theory in this weekend at Brooklyn Bowl. They are hosting a FREE night of bowling all you have to do is be there to enjoy it. Bowl a strike and have a Corona for me, will ya? RSVP Required. 61 Wythe Avenue, bet. 11th and 12th Streets; 10/23, 9 p.m.

Ha! Ha! Ha! Tuesday Night Comedy @ the Deep End of the Pool... FREE!

Chuckle. Chuckle. Giggle. Giggle. Hardy Har Har! That's all I've got. Oh, yea, and this:

Deep End @ Union Pool: The Deep End is a bi-weekly comedy variety show at Williamsburg hot-spot Union Pool. Each show features stand up comics, storytellers, character, sketch acts, and musical acts making it one of the only true variety shows in the city. The gorgeous theater in the back of Union Pool calls back to a time of vaudevillian splendor, and the taco truck out side is just plain tasty. The Deep End @ Union Pool is hosted by Aaron Glaser and Phaea Crede of the Upright Citizen’s Brigade Theatre, and features some of the best established and emerging innovative comedy acts featuring performers from College Humor, VH1, MTV, Comedy Central and the Upright Citizen's Brigade Theatre.

Check it out this Tuesday, October 13 and every other Tuesday thereafter. Bring diapers. Union Pool, 484 Union Avenue, Williamsburg, Brooklyn, 7:30 p.m; Cost: FREE.
