New York’s newest upscale, outdoor market, being held from Columbus Day Weekend through Halloween Weekend at historic Madison Square Park. The Mad. Sq. Mark’t will include over 60 merchants selling local, hand-made and unique items (clothing, pottery, jewelry, kid-friendly products, home and gift accessories) as well as local chefs at “Food Square” at Worth Square featuring a variety of multi-ethnic foods from restaurants such as Fatty Crab, Hill Country Barbecue and Cafe Bari. Of course, with the autumn theme, Breezy Hill Market will be on hand selling pumpkins, cider and harvest vegetables. Some of the restaurants will even offer beer and wine -- with views of the Empire State Building and the Flatiron, meet your friends for brunch or after work, and shop, have a drink and some bites, and enjoy New York at its best.
